14 October Forest Bathing with David

We will spend a contemplative morning amongst the ancient pine and paperbark forests within Billinudgel Nature Reserve, near Wooyung, acknowledged as a Threatened Ecological Community. I will offer nature connection activities focussed on the trees and we may also do a fun game. We will walk with periods of silence to be more present and to take in our surroundings fully. It is about a 2 km walk through the forest to the beach and we will return a similar distance. The walking is easy on wide trails and we will finish around lunchtime so plenty of time to vote in the referendum afterward. Leader David. For enquiries contact david@davidroland.com.au
