Forest Bathing and Movement Walk

We will begin with a peaceful walk through a cool forest creek, starting with a guided forest bathing session led by David to harmonise mind and body with the natural world encoruaging a deeper connection to the earth, air, and trees around you. From this grounded space, Sandi will guide us through authentic, nature-inspired movements, inviting you to express your response to both your inner landscape and the natural environment. We’ll finish with a quiet sit spot for reflection, followed by a refreshing swim and lunch. Grade 3
