Koonyum Gap to '656' Lookout- Thu 20 Aug

We scramble up a very steep off-track route to the Gap between the East and West Koonyum Ranges, finally getting panoramic views over Main Arm and the Tweed Valley. This is a Members Only, mid-week recce to clear any obstructions for a later hike ( 29 Aug ) to follow this route plus descending into the Rockslide at the end of Upper Wilsons Creek Rd.
