Our forest bathing Christmas celebration this year will be at Wallum – Brunswick Heads, a scribbly gum forest beside Simpson’s Creek. This is a beautiful location with wonderful birdlife and easy to get to. It is also adjacent to the proposed development that is being challenged by many in the community. I will offer a series of nature connection activities and nature-based games that last 2.5 to 3 hours. We will be walking about 2 km; the ground is soft and sandy in parts and mostly flat. We finish at lunchtime when we can share treats and swim in Simpsons Creek. Grade 2.
