This Sunday, Nov 3, let's visit Lost Valley again. It's a steep 60 minutes to get to the top to see this view. Then there is a deep, cool swimming hole. We then walk through a curtain of vines into a gently rising valley surrounded by 150m cliffs. This is the only forest I know that was never logged. We clamber up to Lyrebird Falls at the head of the valley.
