A lovely loop walk along Broken Heads beaches and headlands.
We meet at 7.45am at Suffolk Park Bakery to grab a coffee and car pool to the start of the walk, leaving the bakery at 8.00am. At low tide it's possible to scramble around the rocky outcrops between the beaches and explore rock pools and swim in hidden coves,
This walk requires rock scrambling skills and an ability to feel at ease on uneven rocky surfaces. No specialist climbing skills are needed. We walk along Seven mile beach road for some distance and sandshoes, the usual sun protection, water and snacks are essential.
