Whiskey Creek, Main Arm- Sat 6 June

We will meet in Mullum with the 3-day hikers and give them a lift to the beginning of Whiskey Creek Rd in Main Aim. We will then hike most of the first day of the new Gidjuum Gulganyi Trail before finishing on Middle Ridge Rd with the option of a chilly swim at Hell Hole Falls. We descend into rainforest and rock-hop along a luxuriant section of the Creek. The trail then gently rises along an old logging trail until we reach Middle Ridge Rd with a 1km descent into Hell Hole Falls, then a gentle ascent back to the cars on Middle Ridge Rd. Expect to hear the rich melody of the Albert's Lyrebird calling through the rainforest.
